Do you like estate wine barrels that have been turned into tables? Below we’ve included two different ideas for a wine barrel fire table, and they feature that aged, rustic look.
Note: Unfortunately, the Vineyard fire pit below is out of stock. However, I like this rustic wine barrel fire pit as well because it has that unique barrel look, yet it’s ultra-durable and low maintenance.

How to Save Money on a Wine Barrel Fire Table:
First, we found the Hampton Bay round outdoor fire table. It has a (faux) aged wine barrel base combined with a distressed brown tile tabletop.
You get the relaxed, country look without having to pay thousands of dollars. Plus, the fire-resistant MGO material offers several advantages over the realistic version.
First of all, MGO (magnesium oxide) is highly durable and will last a long time without deterioration. In addition, this low-maintenance material doesn’t require sealing, staining or continual upkeep. Simply enjoy your outdoor dining!
Plus, you can conveniently hide a 20-lb propane tank within the table, so you don’t have an exposed hose. You can easily access the tank anytime through a secret door, and the built-in ignition system allows you to light your fire pit in seconds.
Note: You can switch out the lava rock for fire glass if you want.
The reflective glass material can give off more heat, plus you can choose from a variety of different colors. (Like blue, green, copper, black and clear ice.)

Dmode Barrel Fire Pit VS the Hampton Bay Fire Table:
Alternatively, you can get the Dmode wine barrel outdoor fire pit. Compared to the Hampton Bay model above, both fire pits have virtually the same features and design characteristics.
For example, the dimensions match within a few inches, and they both feature nice tabletops for outdoor dining. Plus, they each emit the same amount of heat (50,000 BTU’s).
Neither are actually real wine barrels, but instead they are both made with heat resistant MGO. Therefore, you can save some money while at the same time getting a durable, long lasting table.
Also, the stainless steel burner ring in the firebowl will last longer (compared to cast iron). In other words, you get a higher-quality table that requires minimal maintenance.
Each model offers the convenient electronic ignition system. Simply press a button and turn the gas knob to ignite the fire.
Note: The Dmode fire pit does not include a fire bowl lid nor a protective canvas table cover. So, if you like having these accessories, you may prefer the Hampton Bay table better.
